This is a booty building, butt lifting, thigh toning plan that will leave you with a killer lower body, as well as reduced body fat, improved cardiovascular endurance, increased lean muscle mass, functional strength, flexibility and balance.
The instructor, Tina Sharma is a Les Mills Body Pump trainer since 2010. She is certified to teach PiYo. She strongly believes in challenging your body and setting new limits.
Strength training and HIIT are the main training styles in this program — though plyometrics, weight and body weight along with stretching all make appearances.
Workouts are scheduled three days a week
Friday, and Sunday, 10:30 – 11:30
Saturday: 11-10 – 12:10
