A. Group Yoga Classes are held Monday – Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Chair Yoga : Slow Chair and Mat Combination Yoga Class
This is suitable for beginners of yoga, for those coming back to yoga after a long time, for those with tight muscles and joints, for those recovering from injuries, for those recommended by doctors to start exercising and also for those who simply want to stretch and strengthen.
No matter where you are in your body, this yoga class is for you, as long as you do not need help getting down to the floor level. Chair, and wall are used as supports. We will take you from ground zero and train you to become more flexible, stronger and more balanced, so that you can do Mat Yoga with ease. These classes are especially to introduce complete beginner students (others are also welcome as it continues to build flexibility and balance in this class).
Mat Yoga: No matter where you are in your body, this yoga class is for you, as long as you are able to sit on the mat. We will take you from ground zero and train you to become more flexible, stronger and more balanced.
Very Slow Beginner Mat Yoga Class
This is suitable for complete beginners of yoga who are comfortable sitting and lying down on the mat and want a very slow yin like practice for those coming back to yoga after a long time, for those with tight muscles and joints, for those recovering from injuries, for those recommended by doctors to start exercising and also for those who simply want to stretch and strengthen.
Intermediate to Advanced Mat Yoga Class
This for intermediate and advanced students, who are comfortable going deeper into more advanced stretching, strengthening and balancing asanas.
B. 12 Weeks Nutrition Program To Lose Excess Fat: Weight Management through Nutrition Education
This 12 weeks program is to bring about healthy lifestyle changes and weight management through guidance in Nutrition, Yoga, Pranayama, & Meditation.
C. Breathing and Meditation: Pranayama & Meditation Class
For those who want to learn various deep breathing techniques to exercise the internal organs and use such techniques to complement and supplement yoga stretches. Meditation techniques release the stresses of daily life and brings back balance.
D. Teacher Training : 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
This is private yoga Teacher Training.

Each program has an expiry date once it begins and your month starts the day you begin.
Every program should begin after enrollment and before before 1 year is up!
